Samuel founded Elevate Coaching Uganda in 2014 with a simple but powerful conviction: every Ugandan professional deserves access to world-class coaching. With a doctorate in Organisational Psychology from Makerere University and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the ICF, he brings academic rigour and warm human presence to every engagement.

Before founding Elevate, Samuel spent a decade in senior HR and leadership roles across Uganda's public and private sector, giving him an unparalleled understanding of what leaders here truly face.

Grace Nakibuuka

ACC · Career & Leadership Specialist

Grace leads programme design and client experience at Elevate. A former HR director with over 14 years in talent development, she specialises in career coaching, women's leadership, and building high-performance teams within Ugandan organisations.

Her approach combines deep empathy with structured methodology — ensuring that every client leaves each session with both clarity and a concrete next step. Grace is also the lead facilitator for Elevate's signature Women in Leadership programme.
